Anchored by session guitarist & producer G4 and his live band, each session blends polished performance with raw musical energy — creating moments that stay with you long after the last note.

Over the last eight years, we’ve built an incredible network of artists, musicians and music lovers across Barking & Dagenham and beyond. Live from 144 is the next chapter a space to reconnect with music in real life, in an intimate setting, with people who genuinely care about sound.

As Barking Riverside continues to grow into one of London’s newest destinations, we believe culture should grow with it. Live from 144 is about creating a constant, a reliable space where people can gather, discover talent, and experience high-quality music without leaving their local area.

Most of the artists we platform are local creatives doing exceptional work. This is about building pride in local talent, strengthening creative pathways, and proving that you don’t have to travel into central London to experience something special.
