You will learn different methods of starting fire with wood or lump charcoal, how to manage coals and learn temps for cooking different foods. You will cook beef, pork, and chicken. You’ll also learn how to cook sides and appetizers using grill grates and rotisseries, skewers, and plow discs over live fire, plus a tequila tasting!!!
This is a fun filled, interactive class. Student participation is encouraged. The final meal will take a little longer to prep, but will be worth it! Finish includes a Dutch Oven peach cobbler cooked over fire!
Class starts at 9 am. Coffee will be on, so come early and learn how to get the fire started. It’s going to be a day to be your taste buds!
