Join us for a special 75-minute vyb power yoga class with a LIVE DJ!

Expect a bass-bumpin’ set, dope lighting, and a series of dynamic flows to warm-up the body before moving into core strengthening drills, a sequence of balancing postures, backbends, and inversions. The class ends with relaxing, deep stretch asanas before moving into a well-earned savasana. Modification and advancements given for each pose throughout the practice.
