Join us at Side Street Lounge's patio facing the Napa River for an Authentic Valencian Paella made from scratch.From the first sizzle of the meat, the shimmer of the vegetables, the scent of Pimentón A La Vera, to the triumphant arrival of the rice… it’s a sensory journey that awakens appetite—but also curiosity. We want our guests not just to eat, but to understand and feel the paella. To become part of it.

Paella was born in Valencia, Spain and we are bringing it to you in Downtown Napa. Our head Chef, Juanen Valles, a Valencian native will orchestrate this moment that you will become a part of. In Valencia, meals aren’t just breaks to eat; they’re social rituals, moments of connection, trust, and celebration.
