Live Comedy Night feat. Brad Semotiuk (JFL Originals, CBC)

"Brew-Ha-Ha at the Buckingham" is Edmonton's newest weekly comedy show, where for a paltry $5 you'll be able to catch some of the hottest comedians Canada has to offer.

This week's show is an extra special one, as we'll be featuring one of Canada's fastest rising young comedic voices, Mr. Brad Semotiuk

Brad Semotiuk started stand-up at 17, and since then has toured Canada, been on CBC radio, and featured in comedy festivals across Canada and America. Not only has he been there and done that he was the youngest and only Canadian to win the Martin Grant. This grant was created by Los Angeles-based comedian Steve Hofstetter in which the winner receives $10,000 USD. Past winners of this award have gone to appear on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert and America's Got Talent.

Before making the shrewd decision to devote his life to making drunk people chuckle, Leif Oleson-Cormack was an award-winning Juilliard-trained playwright who designed video games for a living. Since them, he’s been performing his dark, queer, and confessional style of comedy at venues all across North America. He was the winner of the 2019 Calgary FunnyFest Comedy Competition and his critically acclaimed one-man show, "The Disney Delusion”, recently toured to sold-out houses across Canada, the US, and Edinburgh and was nominated for the Just for Laughs prize for "Outstanding English Comedy" at the Montreal Fringe Festival.
