GETTING TO THE ARCHWAY

The Dumbo Archway is a public plaza underneath the Manhattan Bridge in DUMBO, Brooklyn. It’s on Water St between Anchorage Place and Adams St. You can use "28 Adams Street" for the purposes of maps. Parking in Dumbo is tricky! We strongly encourage you to take public transit.

THE MUSIC!

Acclaimed by the BBC’s Tom Robinson as “a virtuoso live band, grooving together like a beautifully engineered machine,” the Gentleman Brawlers blends disco-based horn lines, sticky highlife guitar, and polyrhythms from West Africa, Trinidad, and Brazil, into live shows that ignite a community-based, improvisational energy.

JOIN THE ARTIST ON THE INTERACTIVE ART WALL!

Annick Martin is a Latinx, NY based art director and graphic designer who loves candy, traveling and her dog Ronnie Macaronnie. As a Design Director at Nickelodeon, you can find her making kids' worlds a little more colorful via the many channels she art directs on YouTube. Yes, that includes some of your favorites like SpongeBob Squarepants and more recently our favorite explorer Dora! Aside from her role at Nick, Annick is very in touch with her culture and loves to bring her Latin roots to all elements of her life - especially all her creative projects. Catch her making stickers and GIFs or working on fun projects for artists such as Becky G, Romeo Santos and Rosalia.
