The Boyd Parker Ambush is led by guitar-wielding lead vocalists Jeff Sherner (The Genesee Revelers) & Nick Cory Young plus Jeff Simpson (The Genesee Revelers) on bass & Sean Sullivan (Woody Dodge) on drums. The band’s guitar driven, vocal harmony laden sound & set list draws heavily from both alternative country & the country rock sound of Gram Parsons with some classic country thrown in for good measure. Expect to hear songs by artists like Wilco, BR5-49, The Bottle Rockets & Tyler Childers as well as Tom Petty, Merle Haggard, Johnny Cash & John Prine (and don't forget to bring your dancing shoes).
