From the Sydney opera house to performing in front of secret service for Amy carter during President Carter’s Administration, the past 40 years have taken Tony Kishman through a ride almost as expansive as McCartney’s catalog.
Tony Began his music career in a top 40 band in Tucson, AZ; the same city Paul and Linda McCartney would arrive as Tony would leave. A new type of show was being produced – a Broadway show dedicated to The Beatles. There were no such thing as a “tribute” band at the time. No one knew just how big this show would be.
No matter what path Kishman would choose, portraying Paul McCartney would follow him his entire life, including the time he performed for Sir George Martin, complementing their performance, “at times, I drifted.”
