Our HYBRID Beginning sewing series is great for those who don't want to spend 5 hours at our studio, but DO want to know all the tips and tricks for better sewing! You still get the HANDS-ON TIME IN PERSON you need to be comfortable with your sewing, AND you can now learn on your own schedule then PRACTICE HANDS-ON IN PERSON with us in class...and you get full "anytime" access to the videos even after class! Neat!

Two of our classes are already "mostly talking", so we recorded the talking and made more in-class time for DOING! Less time and trips to the studio, with ALL the same info... you can watch at home, the coffee shop, anywhere, anytime! Over and over if you like!

PERFECT for new sewers looking to gain basic skills that can be applied to any sewing project. If you have a sewing machine bring it to class... or use one of ours!

You've watched the videos, learned the WHY behind the techniques, now it's time to do it with your machine! We'll take you through each seam and edge finish from the videos so you solidify the techniques with hands-on practice! We'll supply all the materials, and at the end of class you take your samples with you so you can refer to them later on future projects.

With these classes you will have the skills to make almost anything!

You will receive confirmation emails for each class 24-48 hours after you have purchased the 5 class package. These confirmations will sign you up for reminder emails for each class, and also allow you to add each class to your calendar on your computer or smart-thingy, which we recommend. So watch for these in your email!

Because this is a special offer and is a group package with a discount, THERE ARE NO SUBSTITUTIONS for classes or dates. If you have an emergency and must miss a class, you MUST CONTACT HISS STUDIO 24 hours in advance so we can reschedule you for the following month.

Our classes are designed for students 14 years or older. We occasionally will teach younger students, if you have a student under the age of 14, PLEASE EMAIL us to discuss options. Thanks!

When you sign up for the series, we'll email you the video links to watch before the in-person class. Be sure to have watched ALL the videos before the seams and edge finishes classes.

No, you can also flash your receipt on your smart-thingy when you arrive.

Classes are non-refundable. We will do our best to accommodate last minute emergencies, but please be respectful of the instructors and fellow students and only reschedule when absolutely necessary. No-shows WITHOUT PRIOR CONTACT BEFORE CLASS for rescheduling will NOT BE RESCHEDULED and your ticket will not be repurposed.

Yes, if you can't make a class or want to buy a class for a friend, that's ok. If you can let us know in advance, that'd be great, if not, make sure you or your friend can reference who bought the ticket so we know it wasn't stolen or hacked.
