This program is geared towards children 6-12 years old but older kids are welcome. We will be doing kids yoga, short guided visualization meditation, drawing from the visualization, a short sound bath and end with a dance or 2! Teaching children to reduce anxiety and deal with life in a different way. This is a ticketed event so you must register!
