Who: Little Yogis, Ages 4-11 What: Yoga Class, Fall/Halloween themed games and crafts, Time at Manatee Park (weather permitting), Breathing Exercises and Meditation, Pizza party and Tons of Fun!!
Why: Because your kids are ready to have a fun night with their buddies and you deserve some time for yourself, too!
What to bring: Water and yoga mat. Pizza dinner and healthy snacks will be provided. You are welcome to pack your child an alternate meal, if you prefer.
**Kids are welcome to come wearing their favorite costume, Halloween themed leggings, etc. Preregistration for this event is required, as space is limited. $35, $5 discount for siblings.
