Little Violin, Big Adventure – Morning Family Concert in Dubai

Dubai Opera Studio invites families on a joyful musical journey with the Baldaquin Ensemble, where a curious little violin sets off to explore the world through sound. From different countries and emotions to playful and powerful styles, this story-led concert brings classical music to life through the eyes (and strings!) of a young explorer.

Part of the Young Maestro – Sunday Morning Family Series, this event offers a gentle and engaging introduction to classical music, combining storytelling with breathtaking performances of beloved masterpieces. Perfect for young listeners and grown-ups alike.

The Baldaquin Ensemble is a world-class string quartet featuring some of the brightest names in today’s classical music scene: cellist Petr Gladysh, violist Anna Larionova-Gladysh, violinist Sergei Belozertsev, and violinist Daria Kuchenova, each an acclaimed soloist and international award-winner.

To complement the performance, a special exhibition of abstract works by UAE-based artist Israa Talal will be on display. Her vivid, intuitive paintings inspired by the moods and stories of the Young Maestro concerts will be available to view and purchase on the day.
