Costumes, candy and spooktacular fun!
Join The Oaks and the Ventura County Sheriff’s Office for family-friendly trick-or-treating festivities throughout the center. Families can visit participating retailers for treats and enjoy Halloween fun throughout The Oaks.

Time: 4PM – 6PM
Free to Attend
Throughout the event, families can also visit VCSO and first responder displays located throughout the property:
- VCSO Traffic Motorcycle — Inside near the Playspace
- VCSO Traffic Cadet — Inside near Starbucks
- VCSO VIP Unit — Outside the Food Court
- VCSO + AMR — Outside Cheesecake Factory
- VCSO Patrol Vehicles — Outdoor Court near the fire pit
Guests are encouraged to bring their own trick-or-treat bags. Participating retailers will be identified with Trick-or-Treat Here signage.
For the safety of all guests, masks, weapons and weapon replicas are not permitted.
