As part of the overall cost of your booking, Cardiff's Motorpoint Arena have introduced a £1.50 per ticket renovation levy to help maintain and improve the facilities for customers, artists and promoters. The resale of tickets is only permitted via an Artist's approved face-value resale partner such as Ticketmaster Fan-to-Fan Exchange (please visit the artist's website for details of other partners). Transferal of tickets is not permitted under any other circumstances. If the promoter reasonably believes that a ticket has been resold through unauthorised resale platforms including onsale auction sites, that are not endorsed by the artist, then the barcode on the ticket will be voided, prohibiting entry to the concert.
