POP-UP ALERT!!
Ok folks……..the students at Heritage (where our catering is located) are on “reading week” next week.
We are doing a Little Louie’s Pop-up next Thursday, February 20th. Our pick up times will be from 11:00am to 6:00pm.
We will be doing our burgers/fries/shakes etc like the old days at the joint.
Also, scroll past the burger menu for some additional catering items like raw burgers for the home grill, some of Rachelle’s Cape Breton oat cakes and more.

If you are new to our catering kitchen (which is where you will pick up your items) we are located at 175 Holiday Inn drive in Hespeler, based out of Heritage College. There is a doorbell on the wall to the left of our door. There is a Lily Ruth sign on our door.
We have some big news coming soon regarding the new event space and kitchen here at Heritage. I will post some pictures and details next week!!

Chef Steven has made a funky new hot sauce, with a really nice mid-to-hot heat, made from our apiary honey, peppers from our garden and lacto fermented cherries which we have mad. We are calling this one “Cherry Bomb” $10 for a 5oz bottle

Rachelle is baking Cape Breton Oat Cakes! Anyone who has purchased one of our holiday boxes know how amazing these things are.
