Little Leaders x Agam Yoga presents a special Parent and Child Bonding Yoga Session designed around your little one.

This joyful session gives children an opportunity to move, stretch, breathe and explore yoga together with their parent in a warm and engaging environment.

Through simple yoga movements, playful stretches and mindful breathing, children can enjoy quality time with their parent while building confidence, coordination, focus and body awareness.
