Starting Thursday June 13th- Kids Yoga age 2 1/2ish-5ish.
It’s time to have FUN doing yoga with Mrs. V! This class is perfect for kids to work on their gross and fine motor skills while learning yoga poses, breathing techniques, calming methods, along with other mindfulness skills. Each class will include yoga, meditation, storytime, dancing, music, and games.
