During this 1.5-hour class we will search for wild spring edibles in a group setting while also engaging in an open discussion about what nature means to us, why it's important to our overall health and what stories it has to tell us. Space for this event is limited. *Every child must have an adult present with them at the event (admission price is per person). This class is limited to 25 individuals. Main topics from this program:
- Foraging safety and sustainable gathering methods
- Spring season ecology basics
- How to interact with wilderness that will give you and your child the comfort, confidence and desire of spending more time surrounded in it and enjoying it immensely.
