Little Explorers: Creative Play & Art Workshop

What to Expect:

Mindful Beginnings – Each session starts with a simple, age-appropriate grounding activity, such as deep breaths, a gentle sound bath, or an affirmation like, “My creativity is special!”

Sensory Art Exploration – Children will use non-toxic, child-safe materials to create open-ended art inspired by nature, emotions, and imagination. Activities may include finger painting, sponge stamping, and collage-making with natural elements.

Storytelling & Creative Reflection – A short, engaging story introduces themes of emotions, self-discovery, and creativity, followed by an art activity that helps children express their feelings and ideas.

Movement & Sound Play – Gentle music, rhythm games, and playful movement exercises encourage self-expression, body awareness, and joy.
