Lithuanian Youth Society is inviting you to taste, explore, and experience Lithuania 🇱🇹 without leaving Denmark 🇩🇰!Come to Lithuanian Days where we annually offer individuals the opportunity to explore 🔍Lithuanian culture through discussions, artistic expressions, culinary experiences, language, music, and games.
This year we have planned to hold engaging discussions with two travelers who are visiting Lithuanian heritage sites around the world 🧭 while exploring their importance for local communities. Discussions will encourage open dialogue about cultural values and the role of young individuals keeping traditions alive. This will be followed by a networking session during which one will be able to traverse through culinary gems 😋 of Lithuania. Finally, the night will culminate with a live performance by a renowned Lithuanian band 🎶
The event aims to unite local residents of Copenhagen and visitors from various cultural backgrounds🫂. We seek to enhance awareness of the significance of different demographic groups while introducing Lithuanian cultural heritage to the Danish and international youth. With the help of the European Solidarity Corps, Lithuanian Days 2024 event is held in English and free of charge.
