About this Event
Thales, in partnership with Defence Teaming Centre, invite you to join us at Lithgow for a capability update and facility tour.
Lithgow Arms is embarking on the latest evolution of its 100+ year journey – establishing new manufacturing capabilities and facilities to support diversification and development of next generation digitally integrated products for the Australian soldier and the global market. Lithgow will continue to be the centre piece of the Small Arms Manufacturing Sovereign Industry Capability in Australia.
The tour includes return bus transportation to the Lithgow Arms factory, departing from Sydney CBD - ICC Sydney, Darling Drive, Sydney NSW, Australia (approximately 2.5 hour trip each way) and lunch.
Itinerary
8am - Bus departs from Sydney CBD
10:30am - Bus arrives at Lithgow and attendees are checked in
11am - Lithgow Tour
12pm - Thales update / evolution of Lithgow / SME speaker University presentation
12:45pm - Networking and lunch
2pm - Bus returns back to Sydney CBD
4:30pm - Bus arrives back in Sydney CBD
