"Puja Barshiki" are literary books released during Durga Puja in Kolkata. It's an age-old tradition of the city of joy. Literoma has taken a step ahead to release the compilation is both #audio and #paperback formats. We hereby bring to you an opportunity to get featured in the world's first AUDIO festival book series titled "Literoma Puja Barshiki - Audio Book".This year, the Audio Book is planned to be launched at the iconic ‘Dada’s Durga Puja 2024’ in Kolkata, one of the largest Durga Pujas of Bengal. The event is named so as it is organized by former Indian captain and legendary cricketer MR. SOURAV GANGULY.
We are open to feature audio story or poetry narrated in any of Bengali / English/ Hindi languages.

>> Max 300 words (story) or 30 lines (poetry)
>> Theme: #festival or #women
>> English/ Hindi/ Bengali
>> Max 2 submissions per head
>> Plagiarized contents and/or copyrighted music will be disqualified
>> PDF / JPEG files will be rejected. Submit either in editable MS Word file or paste in email body.

!! VOICE OPTIONS !!
** Authors may choose between Self-recorded recital or voiceover by professional RJs (to be arranged by Literoma) for the Audio Book.
** If you opt for RJ narration, please send us only the text file, your brief intro and a photo. All entries must be well edited and sent in MS word (.doc/.docx) file only. PDF/JPG will be rejected.
** If you opt for self-recording, please follow below recording guidelines:
>> Mention your name, country / city, genre (story or poetry), language and title in the beginning. This clip must be in English.
>> Audio clip duration: max 5 mins (including introduction)
>> File size: max 25MB (use compressor apps if reqd)
>> Filename must be in this format: <author_name>_<poem>
>> Preferred file format: .mp3 / .wav
>> Music rendition will carry extra credit only if it's YOUR ORIGINAL composition. Else, please submit raw audio recordings without any background music.
>> Mobile recording accepted iff it's noise free.
No submission fees.
Promotion fees will be chargeable towards sound recording / editing only if your entry is selected.
