Calling All Writers
Whether you write fiction, poetry, nonfiction, or memoir, this writer’s salon is for you. Whether your goal is to publish a bestselling book or simply preserve your most meaningful stories, you’ll find inspiration, encouragement, and community among fellow writers.
Join us on Wednesday, July 15, at 6:30 PM for this FREE Lit Lab as we explore the art of giving thoughtful feedback and supporting one another’s growth as writers.
Bring your laptop, favorite notebook, or even that binder full of half-finished pages, and enjoy an evening of creativity, connection, and encouragement.
What to Expect
This month’s Lit Lab will focus on the art of giving and receiving constructive feedback.
To help us practice, participants are invited to bring a typed piece of writing to share. Submissions should be 600 words or fewer and represent work you’re proud of—something that makes you think, “Maybe I really am a writer after all.”
No printer? E-mail your piece to Robin at [email protected] by noon on July 15.
While attendance is free, RSVPs help us create the best experience for our guests. First-time attendees are encouraged to complete our Google Survey so we can learn more about you. Returning guests can simply RSVP below— we can’t wait to welcome you back.
Please note: You will not be asked to read your work aloud.
