Looking for your textual tribe? Yoga-Book Club at Yoga for Life on the 2nd Thursday of each month 5:45-7:00 pm. Rather you’re a book warrior or doing warrior pose, you are welcome to breath, move and read with us!First half is yoga, second half is the book discussion. This event is $15 and free membership holders
Come join us for terrific discussions around books and yoga. Yoga Book Club meet monthly, September through May. New members are welcome, you don’t have to read between the spines to join, but our novel concepts will enlighten within. There’s something magical about sharing yoga and books with friends!
All-levels yoga class will incorporate floor work, standing, and balance postures, and use a variety of props. Focused on meeting the body where it is at in the moment, the goal of this class is accessibility. Wear clothing that is easy to move in.
