Literacy in the Bag Kickoff Party

This kickoff event is free to anyone who wants to learn more about our cause and literacy in the Houston area. If you have a book, please bring it! We are looking for new and gently used books grade levels K-8. The books donated will go to Title 1 schools within HISD and any monetary donations go toward purchasing new books for students. Come join us at Saint Arnold Brewing Company to learn, give, and have a little fun!

We need volunteers to help work the event, setting up, monitoring entrances, helping vendors, handing out information, tearing down and clean up. We will need help from 9am-4pm the day of the event and are willing to run two crews of volunteers.
