LIT Rugby Sevens Camp

Join LIT7s for an exclusive two-day rugby 7s training camp at the state of the art IMG Academy in Florida for a rugby 7s training experience like no other with a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to train with Olympians and PR7s coaches.

Our coaches will include:

Perry Baker, 3 x Olympian and two-time World Rugby Sevens Player of the Year;

Naya Tapper, 2 x Olympian and Bronze Medal Winner;

JK Anderson, USA 7s Falcons and PR7s Coach; and

Irene Gardner, former USA 7s International & PR7s Coach.

The camp will also feature a special question & answer session with former USA 7s Head Coach, Mike Friday.

You will train at the beautiful IMG Academy, a 600 acre, world-class campus, which has hosted the USA 7s teams.
Over the course of the camp, you will experience an elite training environment including fitness testing and technical skill sessions. On day 1, our world-class coaches will take you through sessions focussing on improving your ball handling skills, decision-making, attack and defence work. You will also have the opportunity to have some fun playing FlagX with your fellow teammates.
On day 2, players will work with our coaches on some game prep sessions and then have the opportunity to showcase their skills in two rugby sevens matches, which will be filmed and photographed.

We provide ourselves on providing the very best player experience. All players will receive individual feedback from our coaches so that they will have useful and practical take-home advice to improve their game.

All players will receive a vest, photos with our superstar coaches and lunch on both days of the tournament.

Timings of the camp will be 9am - 5pm on Saturday and Sunday. If you would like accomodation, this can be arranged for you on site.
