Journal and writing materials are included in this process. 

All you need to bring is yourself with an open mind for inner exploration.

This workshop is designed for individuals interested in exploring their inner voice and using writing as a tool for self-discovery. No prior writing experience is necessary.

Join us as we embark on a deep exploration of ourselves guided by the wisdom of cacao and the power of a ceremony. Delve into the realms of self-discovery healing and inner transformation and allow the insights to flow onto the paper.

We know that when you feel connected to yourself it helps you feel more connected to others. And when you're not feeling connected to yourself it can be hard to feel close to anyone else. So let's come together and help each other out!

• Participants will learn basic writing prompts and techniques to access their inner voice
• Participants will gain confidence in writing as a tool for introspection and emotional exploration
• Participants will create a piece of writing that reflects their soul's story
