Listening To Your Nervous System
This workshop is designed for anyone curious about how stress, tension, and life experiences can shape the way we move, feel, and respond day to day. Through gentle guided somatic movement, you’ll explore how to reconnect with your body’s signals, release habitual tension, and begin to understand the language of your own nervous system.
Many of us have learnt to override our body’s signals for so long that stress begins to feel normal. Tight shoulders. Jaw tension. Back pain. Shallow breathing. Fatigue. Feeling constantly “on”.
But your nervous system is always communicating with you - and chronic muscular tension and pain are often part of that conversation.
This workshop is an opportunity to slow down and begin listening again through gentle somatic movement, nervous system awareness and guided exploration.
These movements are not only supportive for nervous system regulation, but can also help reduce muscular tension and discomfort, creating more physical ease and comfort in the body. When the body feels safer and more comfortable physically, it can become easier for the nervous system to settle too.
You’ll leave with a deeper understanding of the mind-body connection and practical tools to support both emotional and physical wellbeing.
