Listening to Female Business Owners: Shaping More Inclusive Support

This session will share findings from our recent business-owner survey and use that insight to open up a thoughtful conversation about how business support and finance can be designed more inclusively, particularly to help reduce barriers for female founders.

Rather than presenting fixed solutions, this event is about listening, exploring ideas, and learning from lived experience. We want to better understand what feels helpful, what doesn’t, and where change could make the biggest difference? This event is part of an ongoing conversation, not a one-off consultation.
We will also hear from a panel of female founders, who will share their own experiences of navigating business support and finance, helping to ground the discussion in real, lived experience.
