About The Program:

The Wall Las Memorias x Gloria Molina Grand Park’s Community Sessions

Are you looking for a place to feel heard and supported? Gloria Molina Grand Park & The Wall Las Memorias invite you to a weekly series of listening sessions and wellness workshops designed for healing and mental well-being.

These free, in-person events are designed to provide space for collective healing through events such as artistic expression, wellness practices and guided listening sessions.

Each week, you can choose to join us at The Wall Las Memorias’ office for private faciliated conversations or at Gloria Molina Grand Park to connect with nature, express yourself through art, and move your body.

What To Expect:

• Trained professionals who want to provide support, expertise and healing through facilitated learning circles.

• Workshops featuring poetry, journaling, baths, breathwork, movement, and more.

• A safe and supportive space for adults and young adults to process emotions and build community

All supplies are provided. Sessions are FREE with RSVP.
