We trusted what we felt, what we sensed, what we were drawn to.
But somewhere along the way, we were taught to look outside ourselves for answers—
to override, to question, to disconnect.
Listening In is a return to that knowing.
This is a guided experience where you slow down, reconnect with your body, and begin remembering the language it has always spoken.
Through gentle grounding, tea ritual, and intuitive herbal blending, you’ll be invited back into your body—
feeling what’s present, listening closely, and letting that guide what you create.
You’ll explore herbs as allies your body already recognizes.
This is a return to what’s already yours.
A remembering of your body’s innate wisdom.
A reconnection to the way we once worked with plants.
A space to listen… and respond.
During this two-hour gathering, we’ll move through several gentle phases designed to deepen your connection inward:
🌿 Grounding & body awareness
A guided body scan to help you settle into the present moment and reconnect with sensation.
🍵 Somatic tea ceremony
A reflective tea meditation using one of Celestial Roots’ herbal blends.
🌱 Herbal exploration
Learn about nourishing herbs and their traditional uses for supporting the body.
✨ Create your own tea blend
Craft a custom blend to take home as a reflection of what your body is asking for.
This will be a small, intimate gathering designed to create a calm and supportive space.
