About this Event
This workshop led by Roxanne DaLomba & Leslie Grant of The Expressive Arts Collaborative (tEACo), invites you to slow down, listen inward, and receive a message from your heart through creative expression.
During this 2-hour experience, we will explore embodied movement, clay-forming with air-dry clay, journaling, storytelling and mindful sharing — as a way to connect with our inner knowing.
Together we will make space to hear, shape, and welcome the messages of the heart as inner sensations, expressions, emotions, and insights arise.
The Expressive Arts are for all. If funds are a barrier, please reach out to us at [email protected] — limited scholarship tickets are available for those in need.

What are the expressive arts?
The expressive arts are a process-oriented approach to creating. By utilizing the methodology, ‘Access, Release, Transform,’ participants are guided through a journey of self-discovery. Expressive Arts are multi-modal, meaning we engage with different forms such as visual arts, writing, theater, sound, and movement to discover our own inner pathways and self-expression. The expressive arts are for everyone! No prior experience or expertise is needed.
What can you expect in the workshop?
During this workshop, we will invite you to move, connect, create, play, feel and awaken creativity and connection. We are dedicated to fostering a non-discriminatory, inclusive, and safe environment that encourages self-discovery and personal growth through experiential learning, play, creativity, and cultural exchange. Along with all materials, water and tea is provided. Participants will leave with an expressive arts piece that signifies their experience.
