The MFA Writing Program at UNC Greensboro will host a poetry and ficiton reading by Lisa Compo and Aaron Jackson on Friday, February 10th at 6:00 PM at Scuppernong Books, 304 South Elm Street. A part of the MFA Writing Program’s 2023 Thesis Reading Series, the event is free and open to the public.LISA COMPO is a second-year poet from the Eastern Shore of Maryland. She is a Graduate Teaching Assistant and Writing Center Consultant at the university. She has poems recently published in such journals as Zone 3, The Journal, Rhino, Crab Creek Review, Sugar House Review, and elsewhere.
AARON JACKSON is a second-year fiction writer from Phoenix, AZ. He currently serves as the Managing Editor for The Greensboro Review. You can find him on twitter @aaronbergjack.
