LIQUOR AND CHOCOLATE PAIRING in a real chocolate factory

As you arrive . You will be greeted by Virginia, our experienced French specialist. Once warmed up and while getting to know each others . Virginia will seat you and give you a wonderful tray of deliciousness

It can takes place either in the chocolate factory in Williamsburg , in a French restaurant in Chelsea or in your office. This is usually a 45 min event but I can adapt the format. Please contact me at least 2 week in advance to agree and set up everything.

IM team has the ability to completely personalize your event . So you’ll be able to chose within our different pairing Underneath.

The liquor will be either proposed with pure origin of cacao bars and/or truffles. Usually goes with 3 choc / 3 liquors

Its also the perfect time to ask questions about chocolate to our expert hosting the event .
