Liquid Yoga is a yoga in motion, a class that mixes belly dancing techniques with yoga asana, raw moments of pure dance to the sound of drums with meditation and freedom of expression with lots of self love.
This class is for ALL genders, bodies and ages as the focus is on moving preconceptions out of the mind and engaging in moving meditation trough dance.
I am beyond honored to offer Liquid Yoga at this space. Let's gather, create community and let go of anything we do not need.
