Liquid Love - Workshop

Liquid Love is an unfolding devotion to Self, communal care, and trust. In this space, somatic awareness and listening are the primary tools to navigate this terrain. The concept is simple: we pour warm coconut oil onto your skin which spreads over your body, permitting smooth, flowing contact with your surroundings and with others. Everyone is invited to respect their own rhythm and limits to touch.

Doors open at 2:45pm for registration and pre opening circle intentional arrival time (It is highly suggested to arrive close to 2:45pm to allow for time to transition from the busy day to day and spend some time with your body before joining into the group flow.) The container will close at 3pm as the opening circle starts. Once we close the doors you will not be admitted. Make sure to bring a towel!!
