It has almost been a whole year since Amani, Liquid Bloom, and I have offered this special experience. With Amani moving away from Boulder, this is the first opportunity we have had to bring it back, and we are super excited. We are bringing on an epic human and facilitator, Sophie Howell, to co-create this experience.Intention:
The intention of this offering is to bring deep presence and freedom of expression into journeying together through live music, Ecstatic Dance, breathwork, cacao and authentic connection. This is a wonderful opportunity to drop into a beautifully held, inspirational, and permission filled space that welcomes you to liberate the radiance within yourself.
This is a space where we get to practice welcoming any and all layers of ourselves to be witnessed, expressed and embraced by oneself and community. We are here to turn towards what is ready to be seen and brought into the light, with the courage to fully feel and express, without attachment to story. This is an extra special event in that it will all be held in sonic container of Amani Friend (Liquid Bloom).
DON'T FORGET TO BRING THE ESSENTIALS:
A mug for cacao, mat to lay on, pillow, blanket, water bottle. There will be no extra mats, blankets or other supplies for the breathwork journey. Be self reliant and prepared.
EXTRA THINGS:
Support for under the knees ie bolster, extra yoga mat, extra blanket etc. Eye Mask, and an intention for being here.
DRESS:
Clothes you want to dance in, and lay down for 1 hr 20 mins in.
TICKETS: Please do not see the ticket prices as early and late tickets, rather choose the tier that you feel is best suitable to your finances. Once a tier of tickets is sold out, the other tiers is what will be available to other participants. 5:00 - 5:30 - Arrive and check in
5:30 - 6:00 - Cacao Offering W/ Danny & Sophie
6:00 - 6:20 - Break and set up Ecstatic Dance
6:20 - 7:50 - Liquid Bloom Ecstatic Dance
7:50 - 8:20 - Break and set up breathwork
8:20 - 9:40 - Breathwork journey W/ Liquid Bloom
9:40 - 10:10 - Nourishing integration
10:10 -1030 - Closing
Timing is +/-15 minutes from start to finish <3
We intend to start right at 5:30, please be on time.
About Cacao Offering:
The cacao offering is a space where we get to set the foundation and core resonance for our evening of journeying as a connected group. Danny and Sophie will be offering guidance into connecting with your why for being here through our intentional consumption of cacao.
About Ecstatic Dance:
Our first deeper journey of the night is through Ecstatic Dance. Ecstatic Dance is a space where we get to practice dropping the mind and story of a moment to experience and enter into an embodied, connected and expressive state. There is no talking, no shoes, and no phones on the dance floor. This is a potent space to experience ourselves in the freedom of our collective expression.
About the breathwork:
Circular/Connected Breathing is a tool we can utilize to transform ourselves on a physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual level. This process activates the pineal gland, which helps us journey into expanded states of consciousness that connect us with our higher selves, resulting in profound experiences of clarity. The breath expresses with an active inhale and relaxing/surrendering exhale. There is a total of 50mins of active breathing and we will be laying down in a restorative position throughout. No experience needed.
There will be a breathwork team of 15 facilitators who are qualified to meet in the vulnerability of a deeper breathwork journey

Evolving over the years from its initial ambient roots, the Liquid Bloom discography as it exists today hits on a diverse range of electronic and dance music styles, and the project occupies a unique facet of the electro-acoustic landscape in its intention and adaptability. About Danny Balgooyen
Danny is a breathworker, conscious dance DJ, dance facilitator and connection creator. 10 years into guiding and facilitating breathwork, he is Co-Founder of Inner Light Revival Breathwork, Boulder Ecstatic Dance (BED) & formerly Dance Meets Tantra (DMT). He devotes himself to creating safe and inspiring experiences that invite more authentic expressions of ourselves. He is inspired to show up with his greatest gifts by offering radical presence, safety, and a meeting in the depths of authentic emotion. He is committed to building and deepening community in Boulder, CO.
About Sophie Howell

She is a seasoned sound healer, breathwork facilitator, 200Hr YTT, bodyworker, burner, and ceremonialist as well as co-founder of Everland and The Goddess Temple, Denver. Whether crafting SpiritCrowns that spark transformation, coaching with the laser modality Language of Empowerment, planning events that feel like living fairy tales, or building businesses rooted in soul and sustainability, Sophie leads with depth, beauty, and fierce authenticity. She is an advocate for women’s empowerment as a graduate of Mama Gena’s School of Womanly Arts as well as Women in Community Business Training, Somastery Certification, running a seasonal retreat series called Witness Sisterhood. A true Renaissance woman with a heart wired for wonder. ✨
