Liqueurs are another great way to preserve your backyard or favorite farmers market fruit, and to really add your signature to a cocktail. Like Farm to Table? You'll love Farm to Glass! This is an interactive, fun, hands-on, make-n-take style class with a liberal dose of beverage lore thrown in, too! Your instructor Sarah has been making and teaching liqueur-making for 20+ years.
SUMMER - prime fruit season - is here! What seasonal liqueur flavors does August have in store for us? You will choose to either make a Pineapple, a Rosé Strawberry, or the year-round favorite, Limoncello.
Pre-registration is required, and class is $55 per person ($40 for the class, and $15 for the materials kit).
You'll learn 3 different techniques to make 3 differently delicious liqueurs! You can make one or all three, but the class is definitely designed for you to work along with me and make one. (If you want to make more than one, let me know in advance)
Date: Saturday August 1st, from 1:30-3pm
Location: Anchor Pantry, 620 Marin St, Downtown Vallejo – upstairs in their mezzanine
Please call/email Sarah if you have questions at 707-295-3593 or [email protected] (not Anchor Pantry, they are hosting us, not organizing the event).
About Your Instructor Sarah:

She’s made liqueurs professionally for restaurants and has won multiple ribbons for them at the Alameda County Fair. She is a former organic farmer, a former sommelier, and currently a chocolatier – where she uses her own liqueurs and infusions in her confections.
