LIPF Presents: American String Quartet with Alexander Kobrin

Internationally acclaimed American String Quartet takes the stage with LIPF Artist-In-Residence Alexander Kobrin to close out the 2024 festival in a concert that is not to be missed!

Internationally recognized as one of the world's finest quartets, the American String Quartet has spent decades honing the luxurious sound for which it is famous. The Quartet is celebrating its 50th anniversary in 2024. They have performed in all fifty states and have appeared in the most important concert halls worldwide.

Van Cliburn Competition Gold Medalist Alexander Kobrin will join them this evening to perform the Brahms Piano Quintet in F Minor, Op. 34.
