Linoprint full-day workshop at Cass Art

Your workshop will be hosted by experienced teacher and Bristol-based printmaker Kate Miller. It will be run from Cass Art's open studio space on Park Street (discount card included!)

In Lino printmaking, a design is drawn then carved into a plate, inked up and run through a printing press.

Come along to a relaxed workshop to enjoy the time and space to be creative, settle into a calming activity and take home some amazing printwork at the end of the day!

In this six hour experience you will:

• Receive an intro and inspiration from your tutor, Kate
• Try out various tools, materials and techniques
• Have a coffee (on Kate) from a local Park St cafe &
• Get going on your own prints and use the traditional printing press!
• Try mixing and applying a range of ink colours
• Go away with a folder of your own finished pieces!

*There will be a break for lunch- we can agree a time together on the day :-)
