Lino-Print Pouch Workshop

Join us the week before Mother's Day for a relaxed, hands-on Hello Lovely evening of creativity as we continue to explore lino-printing together. In this workshop, you’ll design and hand-stamp a canvas pouch for Mom, with Mom, or for yourself (as you wish!), using carved stamps and fabric ink.

If you’ve joined us for a lino cutting workshop before, this is a great chance to build on those skills and see your designs come to life on fabric. If you’re brand new, you’re equally welcome - everything will be explained step by step, and there will be plenty of guidance along the way.

You can carve a simple stamp of your own or choose from a selection of stamps to play with. This workshop is all about experimenting, slowing down, and enjoying the process in a warm, friendly environment (with lots of treats!)

All materials are provided, and you’ll leave with a hand-made pouch that’s both practical and personal - perfect for Mom or a friend. We'll also make cute little pom poms to add as a zipper pull...because who doesn't like a pom pom? Discounts will be available to purchase other Hello Lovely products to go inside your pouch, if you wish.

May 5th from 7:00-9:00pm (Doors open at 6:30pm to come and get settled and have a glass of wine or a cup of tea!)

Cost:

$45/person (includes all supplies, a pouch, and a glass of wine or cup of tea!)

Linocut is a traditional printmaking technique where a design is carved into linoleum, inked with stamps or paint, and then pressed onto paper. The process is tactile, grounding, and deeply satisfying — each print carrying the beautiful imperfections of something made by hand. The best part? The ooohs and ahhhs that fill the room when a new print is revealed...: magic!

No refunds will be granted within 7 days since supplies will be purchased ahead of time, but if you’re unable to attend, you’re welcome to send someone in your place - just share their name with us!
