About this Event

A "Love & Deepspace" Fan Festival - in collaboration with AICOSU

A spatial anomaly has appeared in Charlotte, bringing Linkon City to the Queen City! Under the supervision of the Hunters Association, attendees can step into the world of "Love & Deepspace" for the day as honorary Hunters. Visit Azure Square for the artist and vendor market, play a few rounds of Pile It Up, or meet some familiar faces at our cosplay café!

VENUE: The Union at Station West (Located next to Platform Coffee + Kitchen)

TIME: 12:00PM to 10:00PM*

AGE RESTICTION: 18+ only; photo ID required to check in

PARKING: Free, on and off site (see "Parking Information" section for more details)

Cosplayer Interactions

Character Meet and Greets*, as well as random encounters, will take place throughout the day for each love interest, giving all attendees a chance to interact with characters outside of the café.

Azure Square

An area dedicated to hosting a variety of artists and vendors selling Love & Deepspace rekated merchandise.

Games & Activities

Play "Pile It Up!" with a friend, participate in a giveaway, or leave a heartfelt message/gift for your favorite love interest.

"Destined Encounter" Cosplay Café (Café & VIP Admission only)

Hosted by AICOSU, this hour-long fanservice café allows guests to enjoy themed food and drinks while experiencing more intimate interactions with Xavier, Zayne, Rafayel, Sylus, Caleb, and Valko!

Schedule: 12:45PM | 2:45PM | 4:45PM | 6:45PM | 8:45PM

PARKING INFORMATION

There are three options for parking at the venue, all of which are FREE for all attendees:

On-Site

Lot A and Lot B are located in the back and front of the venue. Lot B will be unavailable to attendees until after 5:00PM*.

*Those who require accessible parking spaces may use Lot B regardless of time of day. The ramp located here will allow guests to navigate around the building to the front entrance of the venue.

Off-Site

Additional overflow parking will be available in the lot next door to the venue (State St. Lot).

Street Parking

Limited street parking is available long Berryhill Rd. Please be advised that there are some residential lots across the street; we ask that you do not block any driveways, mailboxes, etc.
