Beste cinefielen, Ben je klaar om een hele avond op het puntje van je (bioscoop)stoel te zitten? Hou je popcorn stevig vast, want de 15de editie van Lingua’s Kortfilmfestival gaat je van je sokken blazen!
Op maandag 24 november vindt ons Kortfilmfestival plaats in De Studio - De Cinema. Verwacht je aan een reeks beeldschone kortfilms, gegoten in een avond à la Academy Awards. Samen kijken we naar enkele kortfilms uit twee categorieën: een categorie voor studenten met een achtergrond in het filmmaken en een tweede categorie voor liefhebbers met een hart dat brandt voor films. Een exclusieve jury van professionele regisseurs, acteurs en andere filmexperten beslist aan het einde van de avond welke twee films, uit elke categorie één, winnaars worden. Naast de juryprijs krijgt ook het publiek de kans om hun favoriet uit te kiezen.

Are you ready to spend an entire evening on the edge of your (cinema) seat? Hold on tight to your popcorn, because the 15th edition of Lingua’s Short Film Festival is going to blow you away!
On Monday, November 24, our Short Film Festival will take place at De Studio - De Cinema. Expect a dazzling selection of short films, all wrapped up in an Academy Awards-style evening. Together, we’ll enjoy a series of short films divided into two categories: one for students with a background in filmmaking, and another for passionate film enthusiasts. An exclusive jury of professional directors, actors, and other film experts will decide which two films — one from each category — will take home the grand prize. In addition to the jury award, the audience will also have the chance to vote for their favorite film!
Would you like to see your work on the big screen? Submit your short film, and who knows — you might go home with the coveted Audience Award or a Jury Prize!
