Lingua Franca Wine Dinner featuring Fall Truffles

It is with great pleasure that we invite you to Selby’s final wine dinner of 2025, a celebration of the exquisite wines of Lingua Franca and the decadent flavors of the season’s finest truffles.

Founded in 2012 by Master Sommelier Larry Stone, Lingua Franca was born from a desire to showcase Oregon’s most exceptional vineyard sites through wines of precision and elegance. Not long after, Stone was joined by Dominique Lafon, one of Burgundy’s most revered vignerons, and his protégé Thomas Savre, whose influence brought old-world depth and sophistication to the winery’s acclaimed Chardonnays and Pinot Noirs.

For this special evening, we are honored to welcome Larry Stone himself to guide us through a tasting of Lingua Franca’s expressive, terroir-driven wines. Each will be paired with a four-course fall-inspired menu highlighting the luxurious flavors of truffles.
