It's time to kick up your heels to fun music, get your heart rate up, and engage in an activity that helps cognitive functions. Whether you're a seasoned dancer or a beginner, this class promises not only a fun workout but also a celebration of movement that nourishes your body, social health and mind.
The first half of class will be more beginner-friendly while the second half will be intermediate. Feel free to come for part of the class or the entire session!
This is a free 1.5 long event open to members and non-members every 3rd Sunday of the month from 3:15-4:45pm
