Line dance and strolls

Looking for a fun way to get moving and start your weekend with a smile?
Join us for a friendly class featuring a mixture of line dances and strolls set to a wide range of music, from classic favourites to more modern tunes.
No partner is needed and no previous dance experience is required. Just come along, give it a go and enjoy moving to the music.
As well as being great fun, line dances are brilliant for keeping both your body and brain active. You'll learn easy-to-follow sequences and routines, helping to improve coordination, memory and confidence along the way. Don't worry if everything feels new at first — most dances are repeated regularly and become easier and more familiar over time.
The class has a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, with plenty of opportunities for a chat and a laugh along the way. Many dancers come for the movement and music, but stay for the friendly company.
You'll dance to all sorts of music, from disco classics and Latin rhythms to well-loved favourites from across the decades, so there's always something new to enjoy.
