BEGINNING LINDY HOP - 6:00 PM
This is a progressive series for the beginner Lindy Hopper. We start from square one, teaching the basic rhythms, footwork, and technique. By the end, you'll have several classic moves to use on the social dance floor! Each class builds upon the previous one, so sign up for the whole month.
Once you have the basics down, join us for...
INTERMEDIATE LINDY HOP - 7:00 PM
A great way to improve your repertoire! Once you have the basics nailed (we suggest taking the Beginning class for at least two months) hop on up to this class! In October we’ll be working on playing with rhythms, musicality, and finding your style. It’s going to be FUN!
Class is held every Tuesday at Cervantes' Other Side (only 5 1/2 blocks from the Mercury Cafe!) with a DJ'ed social dance, the Lindy Jam, afterward from 8-midnight!
Reserve your spot ($45 @ swingnights.com - gets you one FREE class when compared to the drop-in rate), or drop-ins welcome, $15 per student per class* 4-weeks in October!
The Dance is $15 (take a class, take $3 off cover)!
