‼️ Az első 2 alkalommal lehet csatlakozni a csoporthoz. A kurzuson való részvételhez regisztráció szükséges. Partner nélkül is tudsz regisztrálni. A vezető-követő arányok megtartása érdekében a partner nélkül regisztrálók várólistára kerülhetnek. Azokat, akik várólistára kerültek, legkésőbb a második alkalom előtt értesítjük arról, tudnak-e csatlakozni a csoporthoz. A cheerful and improvisative couple dance from the 20s and 30s of America, a dance limited only by your imagination and creativity. Come and visit our classes and we will spice up your everyday life for sure! ✨

⭐ COURSE DETAILS ⭐
Course: Lindy hop
Level: INT/ADV– with min. 1,5 Lindy hop experience (please check the level description!)
Teachers: Móni Hibály & Roland Polacsek / Miklós Kardos OR Barbara Anik & Máté Bedey
First lesson: 19 September 2024, Thursday
Time: 18:30–19:50, every Thursday (except holidays)
The course will run from 19 September 2024 to May 2025
Location: Aranytíz Kultúrház, 1051 Budapest, Arany János u. 10., Bakó OR Jeszenszky dancehall

❗ Language of the course: Hungarian (in case you have any questions, our teachers can easily switch to English).

⭐ LEVEL DESCRIPTION ⭐
Feel free to register if you’ve taken a Lindy hop “C” and/or “D” course with us so far or,
You are confident dancing the steps in the "B” “C" level description.
You already have some swing out variations (inside, outside, texas tommy) in your feet.
You can dance to fast music with variations.
You're experimenting on the improvisation ground, trying to fit different rhythms and jazz elements to the music.
Your dancing is conscious. You practice on a weekly basis.
Dance at the highest level, where groups have creative names (Tea for Two and Jive at Five). The dancers above level “C” are divided into two groups by audition in the first class.
The audition is led by the teachers who teach the groups.
The Jive at Five group will be the highest level and will be taught by Móni, Roli & Miki.
The Tea for Two group will be taught by Barbara & Máté.
After the audition, there will be a possibility of crossover between the two groups, but it must be approved by all four instructors. The opportunity is there for you to level up.
The instructors can tailor the teaching materials to the needs of the group and there are no limits to their creativity.

‼️ You can join the course during the first 2 classes! Joining later is not possible. Registration is required for both couple and solo dances. For couples dances you can also register without a partner. Registration helps us manage the ratio of leaders to followers to keep the course balanced. Once you have registered, you may be placed on the waiting list due to the limited number of participants or in order to maintain lead to follower ratio. Those who have been put on the waiting list will be informed latest before the second class, whether they can join the course or not. ‼️

🔹 Each class is 80 minutes long. You can attend the classes with single tickets or a pass.
single ticket: 4100 HUF / 80 minutes
4-class-pass 14 000 HUF / 4 x 80 minutes
The pass is valid for 5 weeks, so you can skip one class, if necessary.
8-class-pass 27 000 HUF / 8 x 80 minutes
The pass is valid for 10 weeks, so you can skip two classes, if necessary.
🔹 If you’re under 26, you can attend our classes for a reduced price.
single ticket: 3500 HUF / 80 minutes
4-class-pass 12 000 HUF / 4 x 80 minutes
The pass is valid for 5 weeks, so you can skip one class, if necessary.
8-class-pass 23 000 HUF / 8 x 80 minutes
The pass is valid for 10 weeks, so you can skip two classes, if necessary.

You can pay for tickets & passes ONLY BY CARD!
There is partner rotation in the classes.

Shoe changes are obligatory! Please bring comfortable shoes with soles that don't stick.

⭐ FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT THE REGISTRATION ⭐
You will only need to sign up for a course once. After that we will assume that you want to attend the whole course week by week.
Not interested in attending the course even though you have registered? Please let us know so we can give your place to those on the waiting list.
Can't make the first class? Let us know and we will reserve your spot! If you do not notify us of your absence, we may cancel your registration if there are many people waiting to get into the course.

⭐ ADMISSION TO THE COURSE / CHECK-IN ⭐
Please arrive at the venue 15 minutes before the class starts!
Please go to the administration desk first! Have your bank card ready and your pass if you already have one. When you get to the admin desk, say your name so we can easily find you based on your registration!
After checking in you will still have time to change your shoes/clothes.
Check-in is mandatory every week, even if you already have a valid pass!
