In this 4-week intensive format, you’ll learn the essential movements, rhythms, and concepts needed to start social dancing with confidence. Classes focus on clear foundations, connection, and musicality, giving you the tools to enjoy dancing from day one. Lindy Hop is an African-American social and improvisational dance, meaning dancers create the dance together in the moment, guided by the music. You’ll be introduced to both roles: leading and following. Both roles are equally fun and expressive, and you are welcome to choose the role that feels right for you. Each class is 2 hours long, with a short break in the middle, allowing time to learn, practice, and absorb the material comfortably.
