We're bringing back Wednesday night guided practice!2nd and 4th Wednesdays, 6:30-8:30pm
The goal of Guided Practice is to provide time and studio space to help folks develop tools for a personal dance practice - different from a class (material and pacing provided by instructors) or a social dance (party time!)
You are encouraged to bring ideas for what you would like to work on, but if you don't quite know How To Practice, there will be an experienced facilitator to help you come up with some ideas.
You are also free to simply use this as open studio time.
Some weeks will have a light focus that you can choose to follow or not. This coming week the topic will be on Dancing Faster! Working on tempo can be daunting, so this will be time to focus on building up to quicker tempos in lindy hop, charleston, vernacular jazz and your other swing era dances like balboa and shag.
Admission: $5 at the door
